Shipping policy

Each Fine Art print is made to order and carefully prepared for dispatch.

Processing times

Please allow approximately 2–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Personalised or custom-made artwork may require additional time. Where applicable, an estimated timeframe will be provided during the personalisation process.

UK delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Available delivery options and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

International delivery

At present, orders are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.

Personalised & custom-made orders

Personalised and bespoke artwork may take longer to prepare than standard prints. I take care to ensure that the details supplied for your artwork are correctly incorporated before it is sent for printing.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside my control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch through the Contact page and include your order number.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. For damaged items, please include photographs of the packaging and artwork so that I can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
