These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or place an order with Surreal Mindscapes. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products

I take care to describe and present each Fine Art print as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, and minor variations may occur between the image displayed online and the finished printed artwork.

Product sizes, materials and personalisation options are described on the relevant product page.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

I reserve the right to cancel an order where I am unable to fulfil it, where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, or where payment has not been successfully received. If payment has already been taken for an order that I cancel, you will receive a refund.

Personalised & custom artwork

Please check all names, dates, wording and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Personalised and custom-made artwork is created specifically for you using the information you provide.

Your cancellation and return rights for personalised and non-personalised products are explained in the Refund Policy.

Delivery

Estimated production and delivery information is provided on the website. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Please make sure the delivery address provided with your order is complete and accurate.

Returns, refunds & problems with an order

Your rights regarding cancellations, returns, damaged items and refunds are set out in the Refund Policy.

Goods supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, written content, photographs and other creative material displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork.

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or applicable law.
