The Arrival Portrait is a little introduction to someone who has only just arrived — and already has quite a lot to say.
It captures those first details families learn by heart almost immediately: the date and time they arrived, how tiny they were, the colour of their eyes, and all the little things everyone suddenly finds endlessly fascinating.
Part portrait, part record of a beginning, it is a playful way of keeping the details that feel impossible to forget now — but one day will belong to the story of just how small they once were.

A smaller, more intimate version with a clean-cut edge. The composition is carefully adjusted for this size while keeping the balance and character of the original artwork.
SIGNATURE — 30 × 40 cm
The artwork at its intended scale. The texture of a traditional deckled (torn) paper edge is reproduced within the artwork itself, while the physical print is clean-cut to fit neatly into a standard 30 × 40 cm frame.
Small differences in spacing or placement may appear between formats, as each version is composed to suit its proportions.
The visible graphite lines, painterly marks and softly unfinished edges are intentional parts of the artwork.
PERSONALISATION
This artwork is created especially for your child.
To create the portrait, you will need to provide a clear photograph of your baby, together with their name, date of birth, time of birth, birth weight, length and eye colour.
Your photograph is used as visual reference for the portrait. The finished artwork remains an artistic, painterly interpretation rather than a photographic reproduction, preserving the character of the original Fine Art composition.
The calendar, written details and illustrated measurements are then adapted to reflect your child’s own arrival story.
CONTINUE THE STORY
The Arrival Portrait can become the beginning of a three-part keepsake series.
The story may later be continued with The Update — Six Months and The Update — One Year, using new photographs and updated details to capture how much has changed while keeping the three artworks visually connected.
