It is about being carried through the world by someone you trust completely — the ordinary journeys, familiar arms and little rituals that make a child feel safe enough to simply look around and take everything in.
One day they will walk beside us instead.
But for a little while, this is simply how they see the world — carried high on someone’s shoulders.
