THE TOGETHERNESS TRIPTYCH

Before We Touched · When We Found The Rhythm · Where We Go From Here

Some stories begin before anything has really happened.

A hand reaches out.

Two people learn how to move together.

And eventually, without knowing exactly where the road will lead, they choose to keep walking side by side.

This three-piece Fine Art triptych follows a relationship through three connected moments.

Before We Touched holds the fragile beginning — the instant before two hands meet, when attraction is still possibility and neither person quite knows what will happen next.

When We Found the Rhythm moves into closeness. The distance has disappeared. Two separate movements begin to respond to one another, finding the balance between holding on, letting go, leading and following.

Where We Go From Here completes the story. The couple turns away from us and walks forward together. There is no final answer and no perfectly resolved ending — only the shared road ahead.

Displayed together, the three works create one continuous emotional narrative:

the beginning · the connection · the journey forward

Yet each piece has also been composed to remain a complete Fine Art artwork in its own right.

Across the series, graphite, generous negative space and broad painterly passages evolve alongside the relationship itself — from tentative distance, through physical closeness, to a quieter and more settled sense of partnership.

The first work leaves space between them.

The second brings their movements together.

The third allows the world ahead to remain deliberately unresolved.

Because love is rarely one defining moment.

It is made from all the small movements between two people — reaching, learning, adjusting, choosing, and eventually walking forward without needing to know exactly where the path will lead.

A triptych for couples, anniversaries, weddings and shared lives — and for anyone who understands that perhaps the most meaningful promise is not certainty.

It is simply being able to say:

wherever it leads, we’ll find out together.

PRODUCT DETAILS

A complete three-piece Fine Art triptych by Surreal Mindscapes, created in a Painterly style inspired by expressive graphite drawing and sculptural impasto painting.

The complete set includes:

Before We Touched

The beginning

When We Found The Rhythm

The connection

Where We Go From Here

The journey forward

Each artwork is produced as a museum-quality Giclée Fine Art print on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 gsm — a beautifully textured, heavyweight archival paper chosen to complement the expressive graphite character, restrained palette and visually tactile painterly surfaces of the series.

The three compositions share the same visual language while remaining deliberately individual. Graphite-inspired drawing, broad painterly passages, softly unresolved areas and generous negative space change subtly from one artwork to the next, reflecting the emotional progression of the story.

The physical artworks are flat Fine Art prints. The visible raised paint, broken edges and impasto-like surfaces are part of the digital compositions rather than physically applied paint.

COLLECTION SAVING

When collected as a complete three-piece triptych, the set includes a 10% collection saving compared with purchasing the three artworks individually.

The displayed triptych price already reflects this collection saving.

The artworks are supplied as three separate Fine Art prints, allowing you to choose the spacing and arrangement that best suits your wall while preserving the intended visual relationship between the pieces.

COMPLIMENTARY DIGITAL ARTWORK

Every complete triptych purchase also includes one complimentary high-resolution digital artwork, created separately from the three works within the triptych.

The complimentary artwork is a separate Surreal Mindscapes companion piece created to complement the visual language and atmosphere of the triptych. It is not part of the three-piece narrative and is not a digital copy of Before We Touched, When We Found the Rhythm or Where We Go From Here.

It is supplied as a high-resolution file for personal printing through a professional print service only, together with clear printing guidance to help you achieve the best possible result.

The complimentary digital artwork is provided for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared commercially, altered for resale or used to create products for sale.

COLOURWAY

AVAILABLE FORMATS

STUDIO TRIPTYCH — 3 × 21 × 30 cm

Three coordinating Fine Art prints, each measuring 21 × 30 cm.

A more intimate presentation of the complete story, suited to smaller walls, bedrooms, hallways or quieter interior spaces.

SIGNATURE TRIPTYCH — 3 × 30 × 40 cm

Three coordinating Fine Art prints, each measuring 30 × 40 cm.

The larger format gives the expressive graphite work, broad painterly passages and evolving textures greater presence, allowing the visual progression across all three artworks to become a stronger part of the finished display.

Each format is carefully composed for its individual proportions. Small differences in cropping, spacing or placement may therefore appear between sizes.

The broad impasto-like passages, visibly broken paint edges, irregular graphite-inspired lines, splashes and softly unfinished areas are intentional parts of the artworks.

Texture is deliberately concentrated rather than applied evenly across the compositions, while skin and quieter figurative areas remain visually softer and more restrained.

UNFRAMED

The three Fine Art prints are supplied unframed.

Any frames or styled interior settings shown in presentation images are for display purposes only.

Colours, contrast and fine tonal details may vary slightly between screen display and the finished Fine Art prints.

Designed and created by Surreal Mindscapes.
